1. Usage

By using Caption AI, you agree to these terms:

• Free Tier: You are granted 10 free generations per email address.
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited generations and advanced features are available for $7/month.
• Acceptable Use: You may not use this tool to generate illegal, harmful, or spam content. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this policy.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime in your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Affiliate Program

• Users may join our Affiliate Program to earn commissions.
• Commission Rate: 30% recurring commission on active paid subscriptions referred via your unique link.
• Payouts: Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must have a valid Stripe account to receive funds.
• We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status for suspicious or fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referrals).

4. Disclaimer

This tool uses Artificial Intelligence (Groq/Llama). We do not guarantee the accuracy or viral performance of the generated content.
